The initial plan was to buy my current flat. Mummy will have to souce for new flats, which she wanted anyway.. But the resale flat prices soared recently; asking for alot of cash money. Mel love my current flat. It has a beautiful scenery(can see bt timah hill hor!), totally no block cuz opposite is terrace house(i stay at #10), super windy and there's a shelter(only for #10 and #5) outside the window(rain unable to gush in). But too bad, its getting noiser and dustier after the dairy farm road was done. Mummy refuse to fork out so much cash money to buy a EM or 5 rm flat; if she sell the current flat to me, it'll be sold base on valuation only. She'll need to fork out alot of COV for her new flat. If she sold this current flat to another buyer, she can request for COV to pay for the new flat. Mel and I had sentiments for this flat. The only time the unit number came first prize in 4D is during my Wedding Day!!! Everyone was too busy to notice it! What a waste! Darling's birth date also resemble the unit number..

So, all of us dilly dally, and then there's BTO for Bukit Panjang! Segar grove(aiyoh, i move from segar to my current place leh). We sent an application for it cuz we're kinda stuck in the middle. To me, i believe in fate. I've applied once for the balance of flats previously but failed. I told myself, if this BTO is a success, its destined i cant have my current flat. True enough, yesterday Mel received the letter, we're no.33!! Mel is super excited and jumping around. Me, i felt happy that we're gonna have something of our own! Suddenly, my mind flashes images of mel, darling and i on our own flat. hahaha.. Mummy is more excited then me cuz she can look for her ideal flat again! Mel drove us to the area last time at 1am to see see look look. Its rather secluded but newly development area is like this wan la.. I gotta save save save! Estimate to be complete in 4Q 2013..

We more or less confirm darling has sensitive nose. I've stop the drops. There's still soft to medium wheezing sound. Hmm..

Yesterday darling 'scolded' me! After feeding, i tried to burp him. Perhaps i didn't do it completely(babies can burp a couple of time) and wanted to place him on his rocker. Who knows at that split second, he suddenly feel like burping and figit abit and slip off my hand! The next moment, he regurgigates abit of his feed out and start to blabble angrily at me! Of cuz, i keep apologising.. oh well!

He tried to flip for the first time! It was really damn funny to see him attempting halfway, dangling and rocking from sides to sides.
