930pm - experience some rather strong contractions. saw brown discharge cuz i felt something coming out.

945 - experience some rather strong contractions again. no more brown discharge.

1000 to 1220 - called dr fong and tell him i've got brown discharge and some rather irregular instructions. he says ask me wait for strong contractions every 10 mins then go hospital. if not if i go in now, nurse will induce me which he is rather disagree with it. after that, on and off got mild to moderate pain. not long later, got bloody discharge. start to time.

1240 to 0200 - strong pain at 20 mins interval.

0210 to 0220 - felt something pull inside and got 'tuck' sound. went toilet and check. got dirty green colour water leaking out from vaginal. guess its water bag burst. wait a while and realise got more leaking out. proceed to hospital.

0245 yo 0340 - reach hospital. more water coming out. went in to delivery ward. nurse ask me some random question and make me poo. check im 1cm dilate only. ask me sleep. refuse any painrelief. contractions at every 5 mins. tolerate. while resting, suddenly tot how come my water is dirty green. then i suspect bb may poo inside. cuz when i poo, i saw MORE dirty water coming out but i flush away. so i tell nurse and nurse say maybe bb poo inside. i damn scared.

0830 - dr fong came in. say still 1 cm!!! told gynae about my worry and he check my cervix. he say no green water leh. but i insist have!! but he say nurse also nv see and when he check also dun have. so he like half believe me!!! he ask me take epidural cuz he say at 11 plus he wanna come stretch my cervix!! he say i dilate very slow.. plus he say if bb really poo inside, he need to csect immediately. but he check liao say dun have and bb heartbeat still ok.. puzzled..

0930 - on epidural. put epidural also pain. shits man. gotta endure kenna poke twice cuz first time failed.

1100 - 3cm. yeah..

1130 - dr fong stretch 4-5cm.

1320 - did VE and realise back to 4cm!!! tried to stretch till 6cm.

1430 - 6 cm. note: its been 12 hrs since water bag burst liao.

1615 - 7 to 8 cm. thought should be near le.

1800 plus - dr fong stretch 8-9cm. got fever. took panadol and antibiotics drip. plus need to wear oxygen mask. so i got the drip to help dilate + fliud drip with antibiotics. start sobbing cuz dunno why labour like this.. and damn scare cuz i believe bb poo inside.

2000 - 9cm.

2130 - 2200 - dr fong came and say gimme 20 mins to push cuz too long liao. and im only 9.5cm dilate and bb position rather high up. check and realise got green poo inside!! wah lau!! im going crazy!! all sorts of mad scenes came into my mind. cuz i already realise he poo when water bag burst. and its like 20 hrs liao? gynae say maybe he just poo inside.

2222 - with the help of 2 nurses(they really push my tummy damn hard till i realise one of the nurse bruise my rib-bone and both sides of my stomach muscle also got bruise), my gynae support, he standby vacuum liao, i push damn hard and bb Keith is here!! once bb is out, i breakdown and cry uncontrollably for a good 5 mins to release all my tension and stress. i think i cry louder then my bb. heh!

Thats the end of my 20hr labour.

Mel was inside the delivery room with me the whole while. Been very supportive. Kudos to him cuz he damn scare needles and blood. Think my episitomy wound quite bad cuz got one tear very near the ass.
thinking back, i still wanna sob. really tough. but im glad i made it. sometimes i think if i took epidural on the first place, maybe can dilate faster cuz epidural will make me relax. i rem this info but at that moment, my mind is all about bb poo-ing inside. all those info i read, all forget. gynae commented my case and say my bb is not small, pelvic bone abit small plus too much fatty tissue around. thats why i got such a long labour. he still say next time dun eat so much liao cuz after that he go home, his body ache. even the nurse also comment she very tired.. its really long labour. from i go in, nurse A help me. then change shift to nurse B. in the end, its still nurse A on duty to push me. even on epidural, only can relieve contractions. all the VE, stretching of cervix, pushing of bb is super pain!!!!! and i got 3 rounds of epidural. anyway, i must say my gynae very good!! very damn experienced and pro natural. supportive too!! my conclusion is, i believe bb poo initially but the poo was flush out by the water bag. then he did poo again just before he pop.
